Our Core Values

Our Core Values of Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Community and Kindness are a set of fundamental beliefs that drive our organisation. They are not an ‘add-on’ but rather the foundations on which every aspect of our work and success is built upon. Our pupils, parents, staff and Governors are all expected to show our values at all times.

All our pupils are taught the Core Values and our behaviour system is linked explicitly to this.

Because all our discussions with pupils about their choices are linked to the values we find that even our youngest pupils can talk at a high level about what they mean.
